Fresh Food, Local Roots
Freshtoday was founded in 2010 by Wexford men Brian McGee and Ray Nangle, during one of the toughest times in Ireland’s recent history. With the country in recession, unemployment rising, and local communities struggling, our mission was simple: support local people, local business, and local communities.
What began with 1,800 school lunches in four Wexford schools has grown into a thriving company that now employs over 400 people across the south-east, supplying more than 40,000 lunches every day.
We’re proud to partner with over 80 local businesses and to give back by supporting sporting organisations, charities, and community groups. At Freshtoday, we believe that when you invest in your community, everyone thrives.
